Investment Definition
- “Investment in rebel iQ” refers solely to platform subscription fees and management services
- Excludes all advertising spend, including but not limited to:
- Digital advertising costs (Google, Facebook, etc.)
- Print advertising
- Direct mail campaigns
- Other marketing expenditures
- Excludes third-party tool integrations or subscriptions
- Excludes creative services or content production fees
Qualified Lead
- Any business opportunity entered into rebel iQ system
- Must include minimum required fields (see Data Entry Requirements)
- Lead date/time stamp must be verifiable through system logs
- Must not be a duplicate of existing system contact
- Must not be excluded under Lead Attribution Exclusions
Attribution Methods
- Direct Digital Attribution: Leads generated through rebel iQ landing pages, forms, or tracking links
- System Attribution: Deals managed through rebel iQ platform from lead to close
- Mixed Attribution: Deals partially worked through rebel iQ (minimum 60% of prescribed workflow steps)
- Documentation Required: Clear digital trail of system usage, communication logs, and workflow progression
Active System Usage
- Minimum 3 distinct login days per week
- Regular data entry and updates (minimum weekly)
- Use of core features: lead management, pipeline tracking, communication tools
- Compliance with prescribed workflows
- Regular system access by designated team members
Closed Business
- Fully completed transactions
- Payment received
- All required documentation submitted
- Verified through provided closing statements
- Recorded in system within 5 business days of closing
